Process 1
Customer brings design masterpiece
- if you bring your own mold, skip to step 3
- if you bring your own wax, skip to step 5
Process 2
Silicone or rubber molds will be made from your masterpiece
Process 3
Wax will then be injected into the silicone or rubber
Process 4
The wax will be repaired or trimmed accordingly by our high-skilled employees
Process 5
Branch(es) would be put on the wax, then attached to what we call a casting “tree”
Process 6
The next step is powder investment to create the cement masterpiece for casting
Process 7
Thereafter, the cement masterpiece will be put in the oven until a precise temperature is reached
Process 8
Once the cement masterpiece is ready, melted metals will be poured into the cast
Process 9
Once finished, each piece of jewellery will be cut off of the tree and sent for quality control before pick up
